Mickey's Message Boards Terms of Service: 02/02/2008

The most important thing is to have fun...but please keep the following in mind. Most of this is common sense...

1.) These Message Boards are for fun and relaxation. Please don't use the boards to attack other members. Everyone has different views and opinions so please be mindful of that fact when posting comments. (The Arena is the only exception to this rule...please read the Arena's guidelines before posting in that section)

a)Under no circumstance will racial slurs or attitudes be tolerated. If found breaking this rule you will be given a 24 hour break. Break the rule again and you will have a 72 hour break. A third infraction and you are gone...permanent ban.

2.) If you have any conflicts with any other members on the site, please contact a moderator or Administrative team member. Mickey's Tavern does not allow harassment of another member on the boards. (The Arena is the only exception to this rule...please read the Arena's guidelines before posting in that section)

a)Arguments from other websites will stay on other websites.

b)Harrassing fellow members through email or PM's will not be tolerated.

3.) Do Not Promote Affiliate Sites (except in designated areas). Links to other websites is permitted, however, please make sure that the link fits within the Invisionfree guidelines.

4.) Do Not Make Duplicate Accounts--One account is enough. If you forget your password or login name, please contact someone from the Mod Team and they will assist you.

5.) Do Not Post Private Messages, Emails, personal info, etc.--Please be respectful of private messages. The TOS does not allow posting of private messages sent to you. Please do not post email info that was sent to you if it is regarding a member on the Mickey's Tavern. Additionally, posting of private, or personal information, ie. addresse, phone numbers, IM screennames, of board members without their consent is in direct violation and is grounds for disciplinary action.

6.) Be respectful of other members--This is a fun site that grows as you make it grow. Please don't troll others threads, and be respectful of others.

7.) Take care of all Trades/Sales/Loans in a timely manner--Trading, selling, and loans are all part of the "Honor" system. Please make sure that you complete any of these transactions within a reasonable time period. If, for some reason, you have setbacks in completing the transactions, we ask that you simply stay in contact with the other party involved so that it doesn't become an eyesore for you, the other party, and the website.


8.) Be Considerate in the Content You Post--If you think it may be offensive, it probably is. Please refrain from posting content that may be unsettling to others. If you are unsure, please contact a Moderator team member or administrative personnel. (The Arena is the only exception to this rule...please read the Arena's guidelines before posting in that section)

9.) Cursing-excessive cursing is not permitted. Please refrain from using it in the threads. (The Arena is the only exception to this rule...please read the Arena's guidelines before posting in that section)

10.) All that being said...by signing up for an account here at The Tavern you certify that either you are over 18 or have the permission of a parent to be here.
